What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of upriselabs.org, the website of Uprise Labs Pty Ltd ("Uprise Labs", "we", "our" or "us"). By using the site you accept them. They cover this website only – they are not the agreement for a build engagement, and they are not the terms of service for the Uprise platform, which live at uprise.org.au/terms-of-service.

What this site is

This site describes our studio and our work. Everything on it – case studies, service descriptions, timelines, indicative figures and Dispatch posts – is general information, not an offer, a quote or advice for your situation. Nothing here creates a contract between us. Work begins only under a written agreement we both sign.

Our content

The text, design, code, illustrations and marks on this site belong to Uprise Labs or the people who licensed them to us. Client names, logos and screenshots appear with permission and belong to those organisations.

You are welcome to read, link to, quote and share this site with attribution. You may not pass our work off as your own, resell it, or use our name or marks in a way that implies a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Try to breach, probe or disrupt this site or the systems behind it
• Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else
• Use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful
• Misrepresent who you are or who you speak for

If you find a security issue, please tell us at contact@upriselabs.org before telling anyone else. We will work with you in good faith.

Getting in touch

When you send us an enquiry you confirm the details are yours to give, and you agree we may use them to reply. Our handling of that information is set out in our privacy policy. Please don't send us confidential or sensitive material through the form – wait until we can set up a proper channel.

Third-party links

We link to other sites – partner organisations, sources, tools we use. We don't control them and we aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or never go down. We may change, move or remove any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
